So you have received a proper evaluation and a comprehensive research. Confused? Don’t be tempted to ignore them… We will help you to translate these findings into a fully validated functioning interface…
With all this overwhelming cutting-edge innovative technology, comes the tendency to forget that every user holds different skills, preferences, desires, cultural background and credit cards. Those personal characteristics demand careful consideration and treatment for every particular interaction. User Centered Design is a multi-phased and detailed methodology implemented when designing a new website or when conducting a serious upgrade. UCD verifies in advance the acceptance and appreciation of functional and technological interactions and ensures optimal user satisfaction. Hexoo offers a profound User Centered Design cycle consisting of three main stages: studying the users; setting the logics; designing the concept.
Following the business strategy and general definitions of target audience, we identify typical user characteristics, divide the target audience into subgroups and define representing Personas.
This process is only the first step, allowing us to conduct a user focused study based on interviews, surveys, focus groups and observations. The main goal is to reach the finest definition of content, applications, interactions and impressions that match audience needs and preferences.
In many cases we confront those Personas with similar and competing platforms for better understanding of behavior and reactions to commonly used interface techniques. The cornerstones for a functional and a visual interface are being put together to lead future phases when we set the logics and the conceptual design.

During this phase we determine site concept, characterization and functionality. Layouts are being sketched and guidelines for content, proportions and locations are being defined. Site structure, flow and interaction is presented in full details - ready to be wrapped in graceful design, witty copywriting and brand identity.

A good graphic concept is aimed to achieve maximum understanding, to increase ease of use, to touch our feelings, to promote the brand and to supply a better surrounding for any type of interaction. Strategic and competitive issues are being taken into account in the design process and are confronted with new and innovative ideas but also with classic approaches. Shapes, colors, messages and symbols turn into one unified concept.
We strongly support the approach that concept design should be combined with preliminary work: To ensure that graphic solutions meet the organization’s state of mind but also to ensure they match the elaborated, comprehensive solutions resulted in the logics phase.
